Equipped with a large LCD display, the device provides clear wiremap results, showing pin-to-pin continuity, open circuits, short circuits, cross connections, and miswiring issues. It also features cable length measurement using TDR (Time Domain Reflectometer) technology, allowing technicians to detect faults and estimate cable distance without dismantling the installation.
The SC8108 can operate in both master and remote mode, enabling one-person testing of long cable runs.
