Description
📘 Product Description
The Cambium PTP 550 Integrated 5 GHz (ROW) is built to provide reliable, high‑capacity wireless bridges across medium to long distances using the 5 GHz unlicensed spectrum. With dual independent channels and sophisticated channel bonding, this PTP radio can achieve throughput up to approximately 1.36 Gbps in real deployments, supporting demanding applications such as broadband backhaul, video transport, enterprise LAN extension, and critical infrastructure connectivity.
Equipped with a 23 dBi integrated flat‑panel antenna, rugged IP66/67‑rated outdoor housing, and Dynamic Channel Selection (DCS) to adapt to changing interference environments, the PTP 550 delivers stable links even in congested RF conditions. Built‑in tools like live spectrum analysis, e‑alignment installation support, and management via IPv4/IPv6, SNMP, HTTPS, and cnMaestro™ make deployment, monitoring, and optimization simple and efficient.
This radio also supports advanced features such as AES encryption for secure transport, multiple UL/DL ratios to optimize traffic flow, and flexible management options. With support for SFP fiber connectivity and PoE power input, it integrates easily into modern network infrastructures.
